  Friday May 4th. We’re back back back!

  We’ll be back at the (newly redecorated!) Escape Bar this Friday (4 May) from 8pm spinning the perfect soundtrack to herald your bank holiday weekend. Beatnik Records head honcho Carl has gone on a transatlantic vinyl hunt, so our special guest joining me on the wheels of steel will be the mighty Gavin Hogg, occasional writer for Word Magazine, music nut and all round tremendous fellow.

  Calling all Space Cadets…

  The Chorlton Space Program will launch for the very first time this Saturday from the Escape bar, 370 Barlow Moor Road Chorlton.

  Your Interstellar DJs will be preparing the launchpad from 8.30 and taking you on a Psychedelic, Punky, Freaky, Garage-y, Dubby, Cosmic voyage to the outer limits. Don your best Space suit, moon boots and astro-leggings and join us for a Spacewalk and possibly a Moonstomp.

  Deck the Halls

  Does anyone go out on December 23rd? Come to Escape Bar this Friday and find out!

  You won’t be hearing any tracks from the Yuletide-Shopping tape loop compilation  but nevertheless the music will be toasty and warm, and you’ll leave the venue lit up like a Xmas tree.

  I’ll definitely be giving this a spin, new track due out next year from Field Music. Look to the future, it’s only just begun.

  Shipping update

  Well, our friends at Escape Bar have sorted out a means of opening at Weekends for the time being so it looks like we’re back, back BACK!

  Clear The Decks will be sailing again, this Friday 14 October from 8pm so come down, and let us provide a soundtrack to your Friday night merriment and move some molecules.

  No Escape…

  Trouble at t’mill. We’re scheduled to be playing at our usual haunt Escape Bar in Chorlton this Friday (30 Sep). Word reaches us the shutters have come down and we’re not sure when, or if the place will re-open. A quick google search reveals this:

  

  No idea what’s going on, hopefully we’ll be back somewhere, sometime soon.

  but for now, it looks like, for the time being.. we’ve been shut down, shut shut down…
